Happy Fourth of July friends! I know it’s the end of a holiday weekend, and you’re probably all packing up your cars or sitting in beach traffic, so I thought I’d share a lovely wedding with you this evening. Sarah and Ryan’s wedding combined everything I love about weddings. The two were wed in an intimate ceremony at Kairos Church in Grant Park, Atlanta. Afterward, they shared cake with friends and then we were off to the park for some photo time. When I left the church to head home, Sarah and Ryan were buzzing off to an intimate family dinner at Rosebud in Virginia Highland to celebrate with their close family. The intimate, smaller setting really allowed me to get creative and I’m so thankful that Sarah and Ryan chose me to be a part of their wedding. Check out some of my faves from the day:
Even though Sarah opted for a smaller wedding, she did not scale back on the dress. It had a super stunning eight foot train! And she got her workout for the day in by wearing it!
I don’t know how all the grooms of the world get ready for the ceremony without a Pooh mirror, frankly.
Beautiful florals by Holland Daze.
Sarah’s such a natural beauty, and I thoroughly enjoyed the rare chance to photograph inside in the summer in Georgia : )
Sarah and Ryan seeing each other for the first time
Those EYES though. (P.S. Those are her real eyes, not Photoshopped!)
I’ve always been a bit reluctant on my veil shots, but now I finally get it! Veil shots FTW.
Off to Grant Park for some outdoor shots.
Thank you Sarah and Ryan for throwing a killer intimate wedding!
